Working directly from customer CAD data, our extensive CNC department completes mold design, cutter path generation, check aids, fixtures/gauges and form tooling quickly and efficiently.
Quality is our number one priority. Our fully staffed and equipped quality control room, complete with manual and Direct Computer Controlled (DCC) Coordinate Measuring Machine, gives us the ability to inspect, analyze and compare results directly to CAD data which enables us to meet not only our own high standards, but also those of our customers. This supports our commitment to total quality and continuous improvement.
Injection Molds (Aluminum & Steel)
Three and six axis laser cutting capabilities gives us the ability to produce the highest quality finished stampings.
Selective Laser Sintering (SLS) is a process which creates three dimensional objects, layer by layer, from powder materials. The powder is sintered by heat generated from a CO2 laser within a precisely controlled process chamber. A variety of materials to choose from, as well as part functionality, make the SLS technology the premier rapid prototyping technique. Currently we have a 2500 DTM Sinterstation and a 2000 DTM Sinterstation.
We offer full stamping capabilities with Hydraulic and Mechanical presses ranging from 50 to 500 tons. Our manufacturing strength compliments our expertise from part design to product build.
Rapid prototyping produces sample parts with full geometry, production intent material considerations and functionality, 60-75% faster than traditional methods. Silicone molds and cast urethane parts allow us to replicate injection molded parts quickly, in a cost effective manner.
