Engine Design ESS has specialized experience in the area of engine design. Our core competency is in the design of intricate casting such as engine blocks and cylinder heads. This includes the complex surfacing of water jackets, intake & exhaust ports, and combustion chambers. ESS has worked on the design of both cast and machine components from concept to detail released drawings. ESS utilizes several commercially available software as well as custom developed software for Structure, Thermal, Kinematics, and CFD analysis.
